By enrolling in the program you will receive free service for 4 months, complementary on-boarding and a free starter iPad*. We will kick off the program with an optional wine program analysis.

• If you qualify, we will perform on-boarding at no charge, free CorkGuru service for 4 months, an optional wine program analysis and an iPad to get started. We ask that you use the CorkGuru iPad wine menu every day during normal business hours. You will be asked to provide feedback on ease of use, guest response, staff response and other related information.
• If at any time during the 4 months program you wish to terminate, simply return the iPad and we will conclude the program. CorkGuru reserves the right to terminate any enrolled party due to inactivity.
• You will be required to supply a valid credit card only to be used in the case of damage or loss of the iPad. There will be no charge to your card if the iPad is returned in good working order.
• At the end of 4 months, if you choose to continue with CorkGuru, you will have the opportunity to lock in discounted pricing and the iPad will be yours to keep.
• Open only to eligible legal residents of the United States. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
